Yummy & Healthy Soya Chilly..

An easy to make recipe with an awesome taste. I tried it during quarantine. and I loved it .😍😘🎉

Here is the recipe :~ For the soya balls,
Take a bowl add some water and boil it. Then add soya chunks and boil it for 2 minutes. Put the soya chunks in cold water and let it rest for a few minutes. Later remove the soya chunks and squeeze it to remove the water and keep it aside.
The main ingredient of any Chinese dish is its gravy. No matter whether your dish is veg or non-veg, a good gravy makes the dish better.


So for the gravy :~
Take a pan with one cup water and boil it. Now comes the three important S of Chinese dish. First, add 2 tsp of soya sauce for some tanginess, 1 tsp chilli sauce to make it a little spicy, 1 tsp schezwan sauce (because it's not complete without it) ½ tsp black pepper and ½ tsp salt and mix it well.
By the time take a bowl with 1 tsp of cornflour. Add some water and mix it. Then add the cornflour mixture in the pan and stir it.


For the final step put the soya chunks in the gravy and stir it. (you can add some veggies also to make healthier) Make sure the soya chunks are covered nicely in gravy.
Serve it or you can garnish it with dry noodle and cabbage along with schezwan sauce...😋✌️
